RepeatLearn K–12 is a product of REPEATLEARN LIMITED.

RepeatLearn K–12 is designed for educational use by students under the supervision or authorization of parents, guardians, educators, or schools.

Protecting children's privacy is especially important to us.

Information We May Maintain About Students

Depending on how RepeatLearn K–12 is used, we may maintain limited information such as:

  • a nickname or username (no real name required or collected);
  • internally generated student identifier;
  • class membership;
  • grade or learning level;
  • assigned lessons;
  • lesson completion;
  • quiz responses and scores;
  • flashcard and review activity;
  • learning progress; and
  • information technically necessary to provide, secure, and operate the service.

RepeatLearn K–12 is intentionally designed so that students ordinarily do not need personal email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, photographs, or full dates of birth to participate in teacher-assigned learning.

How Students Access RepeatLearn

Students may access an assigned class using credentials or class-access mechanisms provided by their teacher, school, parent, or guardian.

Students should not publicly share class codes, PINs, passwords, or other private access credentials.

Why We Use Student Information

Student information may be used to:

  • provide assigned lessons;
  • maintain class membership;
  • save learning progress;
  • provide quizzes and assessments;
  • show appropriate learning content;
  • allow authorized teachers or parents to monitor learning;
  • maintain security and prevent misuse; and
  • operate and improve the educational service.

What We Do Not Do

RepeatLearn K–12 does not sell children's personal information.

We do not use a child's learning record to build an advertising profile for behaviorally targeted advertising.

We do not require students to provide more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in the applicable learning activity.

Parents' and Guardians' Rights

Where applicable, parents and guardians may have the right to:

  • learn what personal information RepeatLearn maintains about their child;
  • review that information;
  • request correction where appropriate;
  • request deletion;
  • withdraw previously provided consent;
  • refuse further collection or use where applicable; and
  • contact RepeatLearn with privacy questions.

Requests can be sent to support@repeatlearn.org.

RepeatLearn may take reasonable steps to verify that the requester is authorized to act on behalf of the child before disclosing or deleting information.

School-Authorized Use

Where RepeatLearn is used through a school, the school may authorize certain educational uses as permitted by applicable law. RepeatLearn will use school-provided or school-controlled student information only for authorized educational purposes and in accordance with applicable agreements.

Retention and Deletion

RepeatLearn retains children's personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the educational or operational purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, RepeatLearn will take reasonable measures to securely delete it.

Service Providers

RepeatLearn may use carefully selected service providers to provide hosting, authentication, database, AI, email, security, file-storage, payment, and related technical functions.

Where these providers process children's personal information on our behalf, we seek to limit processing to what is necessary to provide the relevant service and require appropriate privacy and security protections.
