RepeatLearn K–12 is a product of REPEATLEARN LIMITED.

RepeatLearn K–12 supports teachers and schools in providing educational content, assignments, review, and learning-progress tools.

Schools and educators using RepeatLearn agree to use student information only for legitimate educational purposes and in accordance with applicable institutional policies and law.

Schools retain appropriate control

Where RepeatLearn processes student information on behalf of a school, RepeatLearn will:

  • process the information only for authorized educational purposes;
  • not sell student personal information;
  • not use school-controlled student records for behaviorally targeted advertising;
  • maintain reasonable security measures;
  • restrict access to authorized persons and service providers;
  • support appropriate school requests for access, correction, export, or deletion;
  • maintain reasonable retention/deletion practices; and
  • not redisclose education-record information except as authorized or required by law.

Educator Responsibilities

Educators should:

  • obtain school authorization where required;
  • enroll only students they are authorized to teach;
  • minimize student information entered into RepeatLearn;
  • protect class codes and credentials;
  • review generated lessons before assigning them where appropriate;
  • avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive student information;
  • report suspected privacy or security incidents promptly; and
  • follow their school's applicable student privacy and technology policies.
