Effective date: August 23, 2026 · Last updated: August 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of RepeatLearn K–12, a product of REPEATLEARN LIMITED ("RepeatLearn," "we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, authorizing student use, or otherwise using RepeatLearn K–12, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RepeatLearn K–12 provides educational technology services that may include standards-aligned learning materials, narrated lessons, illustrations, diagrams, quizzes, flashcards, assignments, learning-progress tools, AI-assisted content generation, teacher tools, parent tools, and related educational functionality.
Features may change as the service develops.
2. Adult Accounts
Parent, guardian, educator, and school-administrator accounts must be created and used by persons authorized to perform those roles.
Users must provide accurate information and maintain the security of their account credentials.
3. Student Accounts and Access
Student access should be established or authorized by an appropriate parent, guardian, teacher, or school.
Students may be provided class codes, internal identifiers, PINs, or other credentials.
Users must not impersonate another person or access another student's information without authorization.
4. Children's Privacy
Use of RepeatLearn K–12 involving children is subject to our Children's Privacy Notice and applicable children's privacy requirements.
Parents, guardians, schools, and educators should review these notices before authorizing student participation.
5. School and Educator Use
Schools and educators are responsible for determining whether their use of RepeatLearn is permitted by their institution and applicable policies.
Where a school provides or authorizes access to student education-record information, RepeatLearn will use such information only for authorized educational purposes and in accordance with applicable agreements and law.
6. Educational Purpose and Accuracy
RepeatLearn is an educational support tool.
We strive to provide accurate, age-appropriate, and standards-aligned content, but we do not guarantee that every AI-generated or automated explanation, illustration, assessment, answer, standard mapping, or other item will be error-free.
Educators should exercise professional judgment and review generated materials before relying upon them for consequential educational decisions.
7. Artificial Intelligence
Certain RepeatLearn features may use artificial intelligence.
Users should not submit unnecessary personal, confidential, medical, financial, or sensitive information through AI-generation tools.
RepeatLearn may implement safeguards, filters, review systems, and usage restrictions designed to improve safety and educational quality.
8. User Content
Users may be permitted to upload documents, text, images, or other materials.
You represent that you have the necessary rights or authorization to submit such materials and to permit RepeatLearn to process them for the requested educational purpose.
You must not upload content that:
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- violates privacy rights;
- contains unlawful material;
- contains malware;
- exploits or endangers children; or
- is otherwise prohibited by these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload, subject to the limited rights necessary for RepeatLearn and its service providers to process that content to provide the requested service.
9. Intellectual Property
RepeatLearn K–12, including its software, branding, designs, original educational materials, interface, logos, and proprietary technology, is owned by or licensed to REPEATLEARN LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of RepeatLearn intellectual property to users.
10. Payments
Certain RepeatLearn K–12 features or plans may require payment.
Pricing, billing period, renewal terms, included features, and applicable taxes will be displayed before purchase.
Where a product is sold as a fixed-duration access pass, it will expire at the end of the stated access period unless the user purchases another pass.
Where a product is offered as an automatically renewing subscription, the renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase.
11. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- interfere with service operation;
- scrape or systematically extract content without permission;
- circumvent security or access controls;
- misuse class codes or student credentials;
- use the service to harm or exploit children;
- upload malicious software;
- use RepeatLearn for unlawful purposes; or
- falsely represent an affiliation with RepeatLearn.
12. Suspension and Termination
RepeatLearn may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, children, the service, or others; investigate suspected misuse; comply with the law; address security risks; or enforce these Terms.
Where appropriate, we will seek to provide reasonable notice.
13. Privacy and Security
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy and Children's Privacy notices.
We maintain reasonable measures designed to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
14. Third-Party Services
RepeatLearn may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, payments, AI functionality, communications, authentication, storage, analytics, and other functions.
Use of some third-party services may also be subject to their terms and privacy practices.
15. Availability and Changes
We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
RepeatLearn may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting school/student privacy arrangements should receive appropriate notice rather than be silently introduced; the Department of Education's vendor guidance specifically identifies unilateral changes to data terms as problematic for schools' ability to maintain control over student information.
16. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RepeatLearn is provided on an "as available" basis.
RepeatLearn does not guarantee particular grades, examination results, academic outcomes, admissions, certifications, or other educational results.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, REPEATLEARN LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to REPEATLEARN LIMITED, subject to mandatory consumer, children's privacy, education, and other laws that may apply based on the user's location or use of the service.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as RepeatLearn develops or legal requirements change.
Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means. Where school agreements or applicable law require consent or advance notice, RepeatLearn will follow those requirements.
