RepeatLearn K–12 is a product of REPEATLEARN LIMITED.

At RepeatLearn K–12, protecting learners is part of how we design our platform.

RepeatLearn K–12 is an educational technology service created to help students learn through standards-aligned lessons, teacher-like narration, illustrations, diagrams, interactive review, assignments, flashcards, assessments, and learning progress tools.

We believe educational technology should collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide the learning experience.

Our Privacy Principles

Data Minimization

RepeatLearn K–12 is designed to minimize the personal information required from students. Students do not need to provide a personal email address, telephone number, home address, photograph, or full date of birth to participate in teacher-assigned learning unless a future feature specifically requires information and appropriate notice and authorization have been provided.

Adult-Managed Learning

Classes and student access are created and managed by authorized adults such as teachers, schools, parents, or guardians.

Limited Student Identification

Students are identified only by a nickname or username they choose (or one set for them by their teacher), together with internal identifiers necessary to connect them with their class and learning progress. We do not require, request, or collect students' real names.

Educational Use

Student information collected through school or classroom use is used to provide and improve the authorized educational experience and is not sold.

No Behavioral Advertising to Students

RepeatLearn K–12 does not use student learning information to serve behaviorally targeted advertisements to students.

Controlled Access

Teachers, parents, students, and administrators receive different permissions appropriate to their roles.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Deletion

We do not intend to retain children's personal information indefinitely. Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the educational or operational purpose for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal requirements.

AI and Learning

RepeatLearn uses artificial intelligence to help create or adapt educational materials, including explanations, narration, illustrations, review questions, flashcards, and assessments.

AI-generated educational content can occasionally contain minor errors. RepeatLearn is designed to support—not replace—teachers, parents, educational professionals, or appropriate human judgment.

Teachers should review generated material before assigning it where appropriate.

We continually work to improve the accuracy, age appropriateness, curriculum alignment, and educational quality of generated content.
